roamsim provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travelers. Our service delivers digital eSIM profiles that can be installed on compatible devices for mobile data access abroad.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device
• Have a valid payment method

3. Purchase and Delivery

eSIM profiles are delivered digitally via QR code immediately after payment. Delivery is to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.

4. Plan Terms

• Data plans are prepaid and non-renewable
• Plan validity starts when you first connect to a network at your destination
• Unused data does not carry over or roll over
• Plans are for personal use only — commercial resale is prohibited
• Data speeds are dependent on local network conditions

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Unused eSIMs: Full refund within 30 days if the eSIM has not been installed
• Installed eSIMs: No refund once the eSIM has been installed on a device
• Defective eSIMs: Full refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical issue on our end

6. Limitation of Liability

roamsim provides eSIM data services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or speed variations caused by third-party network operators. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM plan.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law
